Returns & Exchanges
We provide a simple 10-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days required for the returned item(s) to reach us.
Reverse Pick-Up Services
Reverse pick-up services are available, and a reverse shipment fee of up to Rs. 100 may be deducted in cases of frequent returns.
Pick-Up Attempts
Our courier partner will make two attempts to pick up the returned shipment. If these attempts are unsuccessful, you will need to arrange for the return by shipping the item(s) to our company address. The reverse pick-up option is subject to service availability in your area’s pin code.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, store credit will be issued within 1-2 business days from the date of the return pick-up. This credit will be sent to your registered email or contact number.
Condition of Returned Products
Items must be returned in their original condition as shipped. Products that appear to be worn or are returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your return and for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account.
Refund for COD Payments
For payments made through the COD option, you will receive store credit equivalent to the paid amount, which can be used for future purchases at any time.
Reward Points and Store Credits
Reward points or store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on purchases made through our store.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
Please note that shipping charges incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
Hygiene Standards for Certain Products
To ensure high hygiene standards, returns are not accepted for specific product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear such as boxers, briefs, and trunks. teily reserves the right to amend this list of excluded products or categories at any time and without prior notice.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
